That up-front cost covers the labor of the management team overseeing the documentation gathering/upload, the AI brain training, and the technical expertise to work with your IT people to connect the MuniGPT tool. If you have existing labor that so some of the heavy lifting, the up-front cost will scale down.

Our subscription model is based on the size of your municipality and the depth of the information you want in your MuniGPT engine. Subscription rates are scalable, and affordable for municipalities of all sizes.
